From Consultation to a Tooth You Forget Is There
- Free consultation and X-rays. We confirm the jawbone can hold the implant and show you the plan, the timeline and the price in writing.
- Planning. Digital models of your mouth show exactly where the implant goes. Treatment with dental implants requires meticulous planning for the best result.
- Placement. Under local anesthetic and sedation if you wish, the titanium implant is placed in the jaw, often with a surgical guide. It fuses with the bone over two to six months.
- Abutment. A small connector joins the implant to the crown. In some cases it is placed at the same visit as the implant.
- Your new tooth. The custom crown is fitted to the abutment and should be indistinguishable from your natural teeth. Our dentists place and restore implants in the same office.
Is old age a problem? Health is more of a determining factor than age. If you are healthy enough to have a tooth extracted, you are probably healthy enough to receive dental implants.

What does a dental implant from $2,995 include?

Am I too old for dental implants?
Health is a bigger factor than age. If you are healthy enough to have a tooth extracted, you are probably healthy enough to receive an implant. Certain chronic conditions can affect healing, so the dentist reviews your medical history carefully at the consultation.
How long does the implant process take?
Plan on a few months. After placement the implant needs two to six months to fuse with the bone before the abutment and crown are attached. Our dentists place and restore implants in the same office, so you are not referred elsewhere between steps.
Does getting an implant hurt?
Placement is done under local anesthetic with sedation available, and most patients report less discomfort than an extraction. Our reviews regularly mention how gentle our dentists are, and laughing gas, oral and IV sedation are offered for anxious patients.
Can implants replace a denture?
Yes. Two or more implants can stabilize a loose denture so it stops moving, and a full arch of fixed teeth can replace a denture entirely. Bring your current denture to the consultation and we will show you the options and prices in writing.
