To accommodate all of our patients, we accept a variety of payment methods.

Cash

Pay in cash at least a week before treatment and receive a 5% prepayment discount. Conditions apply.

Debit & Credit

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards, all accepted at both offices.

In-House Financing

Payment arrangements through the office for many treatments. Ask our team for details.

Insurance & CDCP

Private dental insurance and the Canadian Dental Care Plan, with direct billing where your plan allows.

Insurance, CDCP and Financing Questions

The questions our front desk hears most. Anything else, call and ask; advice is free.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes. Villanova Dental Studio is enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and bills the plan directly for covered services. Bring your CDCP member card and we will confirm what is covered before treatment.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept private dental insurance and will help you determine whether your treatment is covered and file your claim. Bring your card to your first visit.

What financing is available?

0% financing on approved credit through our financing partners, in-house payment arrangements for many treatments, and a 5% prepayment discount when you pay in cash at least a week before treatment. Ask our team which option suits your plan.
